At Geaux Styles, we strive to ensure you love your purchase! Please review our return policy for a seamless shopping experience:

Returns & Exchanges

  • Items may be returned for store credit or exchanged within 14 days of receipt.
  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original condition.
  • Returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY. 
  • Sale items, gift cards, and jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email shop@geauxstyles.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Ship your items to 4626 Hwy 22, Mandeville, LA 70471 using UPS or FedEx with a tracking number. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  3. Include the completed Return Form in the package.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately of any defects, damages, or incorrect items. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.

Processing & Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval and issue store credit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products and sale products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll automatically receive store credit.

Washing instructions:

Wash your garments according the the tag on the inside.  We are not responsible for damages after washing your item.
